Share What You Love Purse

The Share What You Love DSP is probably my favorite item in the Share What You Love Early Release!  Not only is the DSP a double pack, so you get four sheets of every pattern instead of two! It has a beautiful pearl finish to some of the pages, which is simply stunning!  The DSP is also a little thicker than our standard DSP which makes it a dream for projects like this!!  These cute explosion purses are so cute and sturdy with the heavier DSP.  I got the inspiration for these purses from Julie DiMatteo.  I loved her easy tutorial so I decided to make one for myself.  The rose closures on the outside are from the Share What You Love accessory kit.  They come already with adhesive on them so all you have to do is stick them to your project.  The twine on the handles are also from the accessory kit.  Included in the accessory kit are also mini paper clips and lots of beautiful laser cut tags!
  

The smaller one follows Julie's instructions exactly, the larger one I modified, and used a 9x9 piece of DSP and scored at 3" and 6" on both sides, then assembled as I did in the smaller one.
